At Singapore Data Group, we all come to work every day because we want to solve the biggest problem in all SMEs. Everyone is Hoping & Guessing. We find out almost all SMEs business owner didn’t realise that by providing an effective and productive working environment, is the key to gain more revenue to the company. We often notice staffs usually don’t know what bosses are thinking, vice versa business owner too. Company even don’t know who can help them to solve their current manual workflow problems, or even how much they need to spend in order to do so. As a result, bosses end up not paying their staff salary to perform, but buying their time to do job.

Throughout the history of business, people sourcing for solutions only when they see the problems, and usually spending too much otherwise on those unnecessary resources within the organisation. Their decisions usually will made on the short-term basis but claiming at the ground of long term concept. Our mission at Singapore Data Group is to make every company to maximise their cost of spending on every cent. We provide the most customisable solutions for business software to make sure smoothen the workflow of individual industry. We provide customisable computers services to make sure they purchase their office hardware once and for the next 3-5 years usage, and offering printing solutions cost control method to all local SMEs.

We want to make this business insight to as many people as possible (not just the top 5%).

 

THE BEGINS OF SINGAPORE DATA GROUP PTE. LTD.

Singapore Data Group, a corporate solution provider, partnership with various information technology enterprises, providing different sources of corporate solutions with innovation technology concepts. In 2011, we are dealing with end-user and ad-hoc purchase business as a beginning, and focus in trading of computer’s hardware business.company front

For information technology, we outfit business concept between enterprises with innovative ideas, cater not only hardware and software upgrading services, but also offer technology platforms together with document solutions approach, to optimise the entire office’s productiveness.

In 2013, we have parters with distributor direct, offer 1st hand hardware information, upgrading info, as well as pricing such as commercial PCs, laptops, gaming devices and office equipment such as multi-functional printers and copiers. Same year in June, we have successfully launched our very first on-line shopping portals www.digitalmall.com.sg , this is a complete platform for all local consumers and commercial buyer, to have an opportunity to enjoy the direct pricing on all IT products.

PARTNERSHIP WITH KYOCERA DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS CORP.

In 2013, we are proud to be the Authorised Channel Partner from Kyocera Document Solutions Corporations. Together we focus on helping the local SME’s on their printing enquiries and their existing problems on printing cost. We offered a sets of solutions to them, and successfully assist them to switch their business concept on printing using different approach, to reduce the existing printing cost to the lowest possible.

ENGAGEMENT WITH DELL

In 2014 December, we begins our partnership with DELL Singapore, to drive DELL’s products in Singapore ‘s corporate sector. We focus in customisation of business computers, cater to specific customer whom has special requirements on their business PC. On the other hand, we do offer corporate pricing to local company’s purchase, this is to allow them to have an alternative to enjoy better pricing compare to retails.
