What you can do if Current Maintenance contract is ended?
Renewal
Maintenance Lapse
You may have the option to renew your maintenance contract with the same provider for continued support and service coverage with a new rate.
1 year : Range from ($300-$800) depend on your current model.
Click Rate : Mono & Color (30%-50% increase from your current rate)
If you choose not to renew the maintenance/lease contract, your copier will no longer be covered for routine maintenance, repairs, consumables and servicing. You'll be responsible for any future maintenance costs or repairs that arise from time to time.
Alternative Maintenance Providers
You can explore switching to a different maintenance provider or seeking ad-hoc maintenance services as needed
Adhoc - $85.00 (On-site Servicing) Excluding Spare Part Cost. (Fuji Xerox Model Only)
On-site Installation - $120.00 (On-site)
Upgrade or Replacement
Depending on the age and condition of your copier, you may consider upgrading to a newer model or replacing it with a different copier that better suits your needs.
Self-Maintenance
Alternatively, you may opt to handle maintenance tasks internally or rely on manufacturer support for troubleshooting and repairs
