Manufacturer Warranty & Handling Requirements
Multifunction copiers contain sensitive components.
Improper handling during relocation may result in physical damage and void manufacturer warranty coverage.
Warranty Considerations
Fujifilm and other manufacturers stipulate that warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, or relocation by unauthorized personnel. Damage to drum units, scanner assemblies, or internal components due to tilting or impact is classified as physical damage and is not covered under standard warranty terms. Repair costs for A3 multifunction devices typically range from $2,000 to $8,000.

Scope of Service
SDG provides physical relocation of the equipment. Network configuration and software setup at the new premises should be performed by the client’s IT administrator.

Site survey of origin and destination to verify access and placement requirements

Dismantling of external trays, securing of scanner assembly, and removal of toner cartridges by technician
​
Protective packaging with anti-static materials and corner protection
​
Transport in dedicated vehicle with equipment maintained in upright position
​
Placement at designated location within new premises
​
Service available for all major brands: Fujifilm, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, Toshiba, etc.
Excluded Services:
Network reconfiguration, driver installation, IP address assignment, and functional testing. These services fall under IT administration and are not included in the relocation service. Additional charges may apply for installation.

Quotations are provided based on equipment model, distance, and access conditions. All fees are confirmed prior to commencement of work.

Additional PC Driver Installation - $35.00 per computer if required. Install print/scan drivers, configure default settings, test print. Important: Client to provide IT administrator credentials, SMTP details, and folder access permissions prior to appointment.
